In your shopping cart under your product information, enter your promo code and click the “Apply” button. The promotion code you enter will be displayed next to the “Coupon code” headline and the savings will be listed to the right, next to the heading “savings”.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct letters and numbers without spaces. If every thing matches and your code still isn’t working, please contact us at

If your organization is missing from our directory you can create a store for it by clicking the “Create URstore” link located in the top navigation bar of the website.

It’s possible that your organization closed its online store. Contact customer service at admin@urstore.net to inquire on your specific organization.

We cannot modify or remove graphics, or add or delete full lines of text. In certain cases we may be able to modify the text that is already there. Please contact customer service for assistance at admin@urstore.net.

Not all designs use the number or year field. You need to select a design that includes the number and/or year in addition to entering the number and year in the correct fields. We cannot add number or year to a design template that doesn’t include already contain this field. If you have selected a design that includes a number and/or year and you still do not see it in the image, try restarting your browser. If this does not work, please contact customer service.

If the size you want does not show up for a particular colour, that item is out of stock. Please select a similar product/colour or check back later for availability.

Our Gift Cards work a little differently than most in that they must be applied to your account before purchase in order to be redeemed.

To apply your gift card to your account:

1. Login to your account
2. After logging in, you will see the Gift Card tab on the right side of your dashboard
3. Click the Gift Card Tab
4. Type your Gift Card Code in to the 'Gift Card Code' text box
5. Click 'Apply'

Your Gift Card balance will be displayed in the Green Box to the right.

To redeem an amount from your Gift Card:

1. Gift Cards are redeemed at the Payment Entry step in the Checkout process
2. When you have a Gift Card balance on your account, a box will appear asking if you wish to apply an amount to your purchase
3. Type your desired amount in to the Gift Card box and click "Apply Now"
   1. If your Gift Card amount is greater than the grand total of your purchase, enter the amount equal to the grand total of your purchase
   2. If your Gift Card amount is less than the grand total of your purchase, and you wish to redeem your entire Gift Card balance, enter the entire balance
